From the Pastry Chef: 

 My talent comes from what comes naturally. I've always been artistic and loved to create anything from beginning to end.

 I can remember imitating Julia Child as a kid and recording my own cooking show in my mom's kitchen . Nothing I made was really edible at the time but it was my version of fun and still is.  After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, I worked in various places and quicky realized I wanted to offer my talent to my community on my terms. Really I was feeling limited in creativity so when I got the chance to create a 3D Dog ( (pictured below) I pivoted and started Humble Pie Desserts.

I have gained over 14 years experience and can make cakes in my sleep at this point. Not really, but almost! Now I can say I have more knowledge about sugar than one might care to ever know. There is still much more to learn, but the journey getting there is half the fun!
